Should your dog or cat become ill during their stay with us, we have access to a qualified veterinarian who is on call 24-hours.

We have our very own on-site doggy spa, offering a full range of services. Guests can book in for a day treatment, or add treatments onto their stay. We offer a complimentary bath and blow-wave to guests who stay with us for 7-days or more.

Our dedicated staff have years of experience and know just how to bring out the best in your pet. They are all animal lovers who count it a privilege to care for your dog or cat.
DAILY EXERCISE
Whether its a dip in our pool, or a run around the yard, we believe a happy dog is one who gets plenty of exercise. That’s why we have daily exercise for dogs in an interesting, fun environment. Toys are also provided for entertainment.
COMFY ACCOMMODATION
Our comfortable accommodation includes custom-made beds and bedding, washed daily. With infrared heat lamps when it's cold and mist sprayers when its hot, lights and music, what more could a four-legged feline or doggo want?
DAILY COMMUNICATIONS
You want your four-legged friend to be happy, relaxed and having fun while in our care (it's important to us, too). We offer daily photo updates (at no extra cost) sent to you on your mobile phone.
